How to log in

  1. Go to lagoslife.app in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. That is the only official address.
  2. Tap “Log in” and enter your username and password. New players tap “Sign up · it’s free”.
  3. Sign-up asks for a username, a password, your name and your date of birth. The game is 18+ only.
Changed your username? If you changed your username in settings, log in with the new one from then on. The game tells you this when you change it.

Opened from TikTok, Instagram or X?

Links tapped inside social apps open in that app's built-in browser, where sign-in often won't stick. The game spots this itself and asks you to open it in your phone's real browser (Safari or Chrome), then log in there.

  • TikTok / Instagram: tap ••• or the share icon → “Open in browser”.
  • X: tap the share icon → “Open in Safari / Chrome”.
  • Or just type lagoslife.app in your browser's address bar.

Forgot your password

  1. On the login screen tap “Forgot password?” (“Let's get you back in”).
  2. Recovery email on the account? You get a reset link. Choose a new password.
  3. No email? The game may ask you questions only the owner could answer from your play history. New accounts that haven't played much can't use this yet.
  4. Still stuck? Send a message to the team from the help screen. They check it's you and message you on X.
Add a recovery email today It's the one thing that makes password resets instant. Do it in your account settings while you still remember your password.

White screen or endless loading

  1. Close the tab and open lagoslife.app again in a normal browser window (not an in-app browser).
  2. Reload the page. The game reloads itself when an update fails to load, so one refresh is often enough.
  3. Still blank? Clear this site's data: in Chrome, tap the icon next to the address → Site settings → Clear data. In Safari, Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
  4. Turn off aggressive ad blockers or data-saver modes for the site.
  5. Try another network. Some mobile data or work networks block game connections.

Keep your account safe

  • The team never asks for your password or money.
  • Never log in through a link someone sends you in chat. Type lagoslife.app yourself.
  • Lagos Life money can't be cashed out, so anyone offering to “buy your account” or “sell naira” is a scammer.

What is the Lagos Life login page?
There is no separate login site. Open lagoslife.app and tap “Log in” (or “Sign up · it’s free” for a new account). Any other site asking for your Lagos Life password is not the game.
I forgot my Lagos Life password. What do I do?
On the login screen tap “Forgot password?”. If your account has a recovery email you get a reset link. If not, the game can ask questions only the account owner would know about their game history. If that fails, you can ask the team, who reply on X.
Why does Lagos Life show a white screen?
