How to get promoted
- Work shifts well until your performance reaches 100%. Each time it does, you go up a grade (I → II → III → IV) with a small raise.
- At grade IV, hitting 100% again earns a promotion to the next title, if you meet that step's targets:

How much does Tech pay in Lagos Life?
Tech starts at ₦8,600 per shift as Intern (grade I) and tops out at ₦76,500 per shift as CTO. With 5 shifts a week that's ₦43,000 to ₦382,500 a week.
How do I get promoted in Tech?
Reach 100% performance to move up a grade. After grade IV, each promotion also needs Coding at the level shown in the ladder (1, 3, 5, 7), a set number of shifts, and, from level 3, Lagos Rep and days in the role. The top job needs a board interview.
