Every level except the top has four grades. You join at Sales Rep I and the listed pay is what grade IV earns.

How to get promoted

  1. Work shifts well until your performance reaches 100%. Each time it does, you go up a grade (I → II → III → IV) with a small raise.
  2. At grade IV, hitting 100% again earns a promotion to the next title, if you meet that step's targets:

How do I get promoted in Retail?
Reach 100% performance to move up a grade. After grade IV, each promotion also needs Charisma at the level shown in the ladder (1, 3, 5, 7), a set number of shifts, and, from level 3, Lagos Rep and days in the role. The top job needs a board interview.
